Passport Validity :  All passengers must have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of travel.

Booking & Payment:

• A non-refundable advance payment is required at the time of booking.

• Full payment must be completed before visa processing begins.

• EMI/payment plans (e.g. ₹5786/month) are to be completed as per the agreed schedule.

Visa Approval: Visa issuance is subject to approval by the Saudi Embassy. AL MEDINA is not responsible for any delays or rejections.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancellation charges apply once the booking is confirmed.

• No refund will be issued for cancellations after visa issuance, flight booking, or hotel confirmations.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30–45 business days.

Package Inclusions/Exclusions:

• Packages include visa, air tickets, hotel accommodation, transportation, and guided ziyarat (as mentioned in the package).

• Any personal expenses, additional meals, or services not specified are not included.

Group Travel:

• All pilgrims are expected to travel with the group unless special arrangements are made in advance.

• Deviations from group plans must be communicated early and may incur additional charges.

Health & Safety:

• All pilgrims are advised to carry necessary medications and obtain fitness clearance if needed.

• AL MEDINA is not responsible for any health issues, accidents, or medical emergencies during the trip.

Travel Insurance:

• Basic travel insurance may be included; extended coverage is available upon request.

• AL MEDINA is not liable for loss of luggage, valuables, or personal items.

Changes in Schedule:

• AL MEDINA reserves the right to alter travel dates, hotels, or itineraries due to airline changes, hotel availability, or other unavoidable circumstances.
